Privacy

When you request an appointment, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your Instagram handle, if you provide one
• Details about the tattoo, piercing or permanent makeup you want: placement, size, a description, any notes, and your preferred date and time
• Any reference photos you upload

We also keep a record of your appointment: its status, the confirmed date and time, and whether a deposit was paid or refunded.

Only to review your request, schedule and manage your appointment, and email you about it. We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell or share your information for advertising.

Tattoo deposits are paid through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe. This site never sees or stores them. We only keep whether the deposit was paid and Stripe's reference number for the payment.

Photos you upload are stored privately and can only be viewed by Belle. We never post or share them.

Besides Stripe, we use a few service providers to run the site: Supabase for storage, Resend for email delivery, and Google for site hosting and calendar integration, where confirmed appointments are added. They only process your information to provide those services to us.

This site has no ads, analytics or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Because the site doesn't track you, browser Do Not Track signals don't change how it works.

Reference photos are deleted automatically 90 days after your appointment date. We keep the rest of your booking record so Belle has a history of your appointments, which helps with touch-ups and future work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we have to keep part of it for a legal reason. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
